Classes are taught in French. If you have any questions before joining, we’re happy to help in English by WhatsApp or email.
Through a playful, caring approach, this class introduces children to yoga as a space for exploration, confidence and creativity. Sessions combine postures, games, breathing exercises and relaxation to develop body awareness, balance, coordination and concentration. In a calm, joyful setting, children learn about themselves, listen to others and respect the space they share. They build confidence, imagination and a love of movement.
For children aged 6–12, every Wednesday from 14:30 to 15:45 during term time. Discover the “Petit Yogi” membership.

Giulia Miceli
Originally trained as a dancer, Giulia Miceli has taught yoga for more than six years in a wide range of settings: with professional dancers, in group and individual classes, and with children and older adults. Certified in Hatha yoga since 2020 and currently training in Iyengar yoga with Stéphane Lalo, she draws on her detailed knowledge of the body, movement and anatomy to offer precise, dynamic and accessible teaching. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to individual needs and abilities. Inspired from an early age by her mother, a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, Giulia continues to train with experienced teachers. Her approach brings together dedication, care and attention to detail, helping each student develop a balanced, lasting and fulfilling practice.
